Return Conditions
Defective or Incorrect Items
If the item is defective or does not match the description, you can return or exchange it.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you wish to return an item that is not defective, you must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).
- The item must have the original tags attached.
- The item must not have been used (only tried on).
- The item must not have any stains, odours, makeup, fake tan marks, pet fur, or visible marks.
Please be cautious when trying on items for the first time. We cannot accept items with deodorant, perfume, incense smells, or visible stains.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@mololabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will email you to confirm that we have processed your return and inform you whether we have approved or rejected your refund.
If approved, we will automatically credit your refund to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your card issuer, the refund may take 15-30 days to appear on your card statement.
Refund Exclusions
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Gift Cards: We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
- Return Shipping Costs: We do not cover return shipping costs.
Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@mololabel.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will either resend the correct item or arrange a refund.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is in transit, we cannot cancel or issue a refund.
